Andy began his career selling online advertising when print media still dominated the industry. This early introduction to the digital marketing world would ultimately shape his career. After several sales and marketing roles at industry-leading consumer electronics and packaged goods companies, Andy became a partner at a retail-oriented IBM business partner organization. In this capacity, Andy collaborated with IBM’s Retail Store Solutions Group to develop data-driven approaches to solving business challenges for Tier-1 retail organizations.
In 2011, Andy reconnected with an old colleague, Peter Pinfold, and the two discovered their mutual passion for smart, data-driven marketing. They soon partnered to form The Mobile Experience Company.
When not exploring new ways to harness technology to solve business challenges, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking and playing hockey, volleyball and golf.

Peter is an accomplished brand builder with over ten years experience marketing category-leading consumer packaged goods brands, driving innovation and delivering business results. He has worked on a portfolio of CPG brands (on both the client and agency sides) and has won numerous national and international awards for media innovation and brand activation.
It was while managing the Toronto office and local client relationships for a Vancouver-based digital agency that Pete reconnected with Andy, his one-time colleague from Unilever. They discovered they had a mutual appreciation for the power of harnessing digital technology to help brands understand when, how and where consumers were connecting with their message. In 2011, Peter and Andy combined resources to form MobileXCo, where Pete finds pleasure in helping marketers discover the power of combining smart strategy with innovative technology and real-time data.
Peter is a father of two, an avid runner and even finds time to occasionally lecture at Schulich’s Business School and the Canadian Marketing Association.

Early into a 25 year career with IBM Canada, Paul left behind his professional accounting (CGA) roots to enter the company’s sales organization. There, he spent 20 years in senior sales and sales management roles to nurture relationships with corporations such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, General Motors and Sears. He later held General Manager positions with Unisys Canada and led an application development start-up company until its successful sale to an offshore organization. His 1997 founding of Skipton Associates evolved into ownership of a successor company, which became one of IBM’s most successful Canadian business partners, primarily through his continued focus on retail industry clients such as the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, Toys R Us and Canadian Tire Corporation.
Paul’s recognition of the power of mobile and “cloud-based” technologies to more effectively solve business problems led to the sale of his stake in Skipton Group and investment in MobileXCo.

VP Business Development
For over ten years Kevin has been partnering with clients to develop winning strategies and guide large multidisciplinary teams through successful digital, social, and mobile marketing programs. He has spent the majority of his career at top agencies, leading and growing business on some of the world’s most recognizable consumer brands, including BMW Group, Intrawest, Electronic Arts and McDonald’s Canada.
There is nothing Kevin enjoys more than establishing honest relationships with his clients, while helping them harness mobile technology to build lasting connections with their customers, and measureable results for their business.
Outside the office, Kevin loves spending time outdoors with his wife and two children, and is passionate about cycling and all winter sports.

Adam has been in the software industry for over 15 years, including roles in programming, testing and application design.
At MobileXCo, Adam oversees all aspects of application design, development and delivery. He believes in automating things that can be automated and planning for the management of things that can’t be.
Adam is one of the authors of ‘Beautiful Testing’, published by O’Reilly Media, 2009 and a regular speaker at major testing events around the world, including CAST, Agile and STAR East.

Joel is an experienced full stack developer, with extensive software engineering experience in both consumer-facing and business-facing applications. He takes great pleasure in applying his passion for new technologies, coding and engineering to produce experiences that surprise and delight both consumers and clients alike.
At MobileXCo, Joel has primary responsibility for engineering and delivering the software that powers the award-winning experiences MobileXCo’s clients have come to rely on.

Patrique enjoys finding innovative ways to use web-based technologies for solving business problems.
By keeping up to speed on the “latest and greatest” technologies and practices in the development community, he ensures MobileXCo remains at the cutting edge of the digital marketing world.
He prides himself on writing efficient, concise, and portable code that can be counted on for stability and ease of implementation.
Outside of his professional life, Patrique enjoys a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, biking and running.

Paul is a successful technology executive who has run services, customer success, account management, support and product management. He is a firm believer that culture eats strategy for breakfast, and business culture can be built through storytelling. Paul has always been a leader with a strong focus on sales and customer engagement. Paul most recently led Eloqua (marketing automation) as part of the executive team from $0 to over $100 million in revenue, through IPO and a successful acquisition for $957 million by Oracle.
Now co-founder and CEO of Nudge, Paul is focused on helping salespeople build and grow the right business relationships from their large network of weak connections. He has a passion for building great teams and products that help customers grow their businesses.

Dennis has deep experience in Canada’s high‐tech, innovation, communications, professional services and financial services industries, having had the unique opportunity to directly manage and lead global teams up to 250 employees in various functions such as sales, services, support, marketing, finance, IT, executive and human resources.
He held executive and senior positions with SHL Systemhouse®, Digital Equipment®Canada, Compaq®Canada, Intria‐HP/CIBC®, Canada Life®, SOLCORP®, Open Text® Desire2Learn®, and Spark Innovation Centre®.
